Terms and Conditions of 855lv — Platform Terms of Use

Use of the platform 855lv — whether for browsing, registration, deposits, placing bets, or using any casino feature — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the user) and 855lv. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you should not create an account or use the platform's services.

The services of 855lv are intended exclusively for individuals who meet all of the criteria below:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date.
• Hold a valid CPF issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal do Brasil).
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.
• Not be currently under an active self-exclusion period at 855lv or any other betting platform.
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an 855lv employee.

The 855lv uses age and identity verification mechanisms. Accounts belonging to users under 18 will be closed immediately, with balances returned to the original payment method after deducting any bonuses used.

The 855lv accepts deposits exclusively through Brazilian payment methods, in BRL. All amounts are in R$ and there is no currency exchange or conversion fee.

• Pix: instant deposit, available 24 hours a day. The balance appears in your account within seconds of transfer confirmation.
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário): up to 3 business days for clearance. The balance is credited after payment confirmation.

The minimum deposit at 855lv is R$ 20.00 via Pix. The minimum amount may vary depending on the chosen payment method. The 855lv does not accept deposits from third parties — the account holder on the payment side must be the same as the account holder on the platform.

To request a withdrawal on 855lv, the user must have sufficient available balance and have met any applicable bonus rollover requirements. The preferred withdrawal method is Pix, processed within minutes in most cases.

• The minimum Pix withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00.
• Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
• The 855lv may request verification documents (KYC) before processing the first withdrawal or withdrawals above a certain amount. See section 9 for more details.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same method used for the deposit where possible, or via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF.
• 855lv does not charge any withdrawal fees. Any fees applied by your bank or digital wallet are the user's responsibility.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, 855lv may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing while conducting an internal investigation, as required by law.

The 855lv regularly offers promotions, including a welcome bonus, boosted odds for Brasileirão rounds, free spins on slots, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has specific terms that should be read before claiming.

• The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 1,000.00 is valid for the first deposit only, per registered account at 855lv.
• All bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement — the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit as well) must be wagered a set number of times before a withdrawal can be made. The specific rollover for each promotion is described on the Promotions page.
• Canceled, voided, or settled bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward Sports Betting bonus rollover requirements.
• Slots bonuses have rollover calculated based on wagers placed on eligible games in the category. Not all slots contribute equally — progressive jackpot games may have a reduced contribution rate.
• 855lv reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it identifies any misuse, such as placing bets on opposing outcomes simultaneously (arbitrage) or creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.

• A bet is considered valid and binding once confirmed by the 855lv system, with the receipt displayed on screen and saved to the account history.
• Obvious odds errors (such as odds significantly below or above market value due to an operational mistake) may be voided by 855lv. The user will be notified by email and the staked amount will be returned to their balance.
• If a match is postponed, the bet is generally voided if the game does not take place within 24 hours of the original scheduled time. Specific rules may vary by sport.
• Live betting follows score data and statistics from official competition sources. In the event of a discrepancy between the score shown on the platform and the official score, the official result published by the competition organizer will prevail.
• 855lv reserves the right to limit the amount of individual bets or the maximum payout per bet for certain markets, especially in events with reduced liquidity.
• Bets placed after the official start of a match (in pre-game markets) will be voided and the amount returned to the balance.

• Verification may be requested before the first withdrawal, on withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00, or at any time at the discretion of the 855lv security team.
• Documents commonly requested include: a government-issued photo ID (national ID or driver's license), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and in some cases, proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Documents must be submitted in a legible format (clear photo or scan). The review period is up to 3 business days after all documentation has been received.
• Withdrawals are suspended during the KYC verification process. 855lv will notify the user by email once the review is complete.
• Refusing to provide KYC documentation may result in withdrawal suspension and, in extreme cases, account closure as set out in section 11.

The use of 855lv is intended for personal entertainment. Any attempt to exploit the platform in an unauthorized manner will result in immediate action, including account closure and retention of balances derived from irregular conduct.

• Multiple accounts: creating more than one account to claim welcome bonuses or other promotions exclusively for new users is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus arbitrage: using bonuses to bet simultaneously on opposing outcomes of the same event in order to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk is a violation of the promotions' terms.
• Money laundering: using the platform to move funds of illicit origin is a criminal offense and will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian law.
• Payment fraud: use of third-party credit cards or bank accounts without authorization, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other form of financial fraud.
• Match-fixing: any involvement in or knowledge of match-fixing in sporting events wagered on at 855lv.
• Use of bots or automation: use software, scripts, or any form of automation to interact with the platform, especially in live betting or crash games.

The 855lv reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, at any time and without prior notice in serious cases.

• If an account is suspended due to a fraud investigation, the available balance will be held until the review is complete.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance derived from irregular activity will be forfeited. Balances from legitimate deposits may be returned to the original payment method after review.
• Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through support. All available balances (with no pending rollover bonuses) will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days.
• Accounts under responsible gambling self-exclusion cannot be reactivated during the period chosen by the user.

The 855lv provides its platform on an as-is basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability 24 hours a day. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

• 855lv is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed by the user. Betting is a risk activity and outcomes are always uncertain.
• If a technical failure prevents a bet or withdrawal from being completed, 855lv is committed to reviewing the case and compensating the user with the wagered amount where applicable.
• 855lv is not responsible for connectivity issues, device failures, or internet service disruptions that affect the user's access to the platform.
• 855lv's maximum liability in any individual claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the last 30 days.

All content available on the platform 855lv — including text, logos, images, design, software, and features — is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.

• Reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use of any 855lv content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
